The tasks aren’t going
to do themselves
and you know it 🫠

I’m Laura, AWARD WINNING!! Tech & Admin VA. I do the stuff that keeps getting pushed to tomorrow and I have a habit of quietly becoming the person you can’t imagine running your business without…

You sat down to work three hours ago

You've answered emails, chased an invoice, tried to figure out why that form stopped working, started a task you didn't finish, and looked at the thing you actually needed to do about forty times without touching it.

This is Tuesday, every Tuesday.

You're carrying way more than one person should and the stuff that actually needs YOU keeps getting pushed to the bottom.

That's where I come in.

I become the part of your business you didn't know

you were missing

I offer ongoing admin and tech support on a monthly retainer of 5, 10, 20 or 30 hours a month, starting from £175.

Every client is different, so the work looks different for everyone. Some people need their inbox sorted and their systems finally finished. Some need the tech stuff handled so they can stop googling things at 11pm. Some just need someone reliable to hand things to and trust they’ll get done.

That’s the whole point, you shouldn’t have to think about it once it’s in my hands.

There are a lot of VAs out there

Here’s what’s different…

Okay so this is the bit of the website where I’m supposed to tell you why you should pick me and honestly it’s the hardest bit to write.

But I can tell you that most of them have been with me since I launched. I can tell you that nearly everyone who’s worked with me has sent someone else my way. I can tell you one of my clients once told me “there are so many VAs out there who take the piss and you are the opposite of that” But the main take away is that they trust me and once that trust is there it sort of just works.

I’m fast, I’m good at tech, and actually care, not in a corporate way. And I’ll treat your business like it matters because it does and that’s the whole point really.

"She doesn't just do what you ask. She asks you why and then comes up with even better ideas."

"She's basically your business BFF. She's in your corner. She wants your business to succeed just as much as you do."

"There are so many VAs out there who take the piss and you are the opposite of that, you really care."

What actually changes

One client got a whole work week of time back. Another sold out her first retreat in 4 hours. Someone launched offers that had been stuck in her phone notes for years. A course creator hit her launch goal while she was on holiday and her health wasn’t great, because she had me!

The tasks are one thing. But what clients keep telling me is that it’s the mental load that changes. That constant low-level noise of everything that isn’t done yet.

That stuff disappears into the ether. And that’s the bit that actually changes how your week feels.

"Investing in someone can feel scary but the ROI goes far beyond what Laura does for my business. It's meant I can be more present at home and enjoy my weekends again."

THE SCARY BIT

If you've been meaning to get help for a while... hi, hello, this bit is for you

Maybe you’ve been thinking about hiring a VA for months. Maybe longer. And every time you get close, something stops you, it feels like too much effort to explain everything or you just haven’t found someone you actually trust yet.

That’s so normal. And it’s worth knowing: the onboarding is not the nightmare you think it is. Clients tell me they were worried about the effort and it turned out to be easier than anything else they did that week.

I'm super grateful the process was very smooth, I was afraid it was too much effort to onboard and would take too long. But you learned so fast and clarified so quickly.

At the time I was a bit scared of investing. But I thought to give it a go, and I didn't look back."

A bit about me x

I’m from Liverpool, I’m a Leo with Aries moon & rising 🔥 (make of that what you will), obsessed with whales & plants and fuelled by quavers and a love for lists.

I built Laura Rose Collective because I wanted a life I actually chose not one I just ended up in. And somewhere along the way, helping other women get their time and brain space back became the whole point.

Turns out building that for myself made me really good at helping other people breathe again too.

Got questions?

Here are the ones I get asked most

What does a Tech VA actually do?

Honestly, the list is long but the short version is: anything that’s living in your head, your notes app, or your “I’ll deal with it later” folder. I handle tech setup and troubleshooting, systems builds, inbox and calendar management, admin, content support, and getting ideas off your phone and into the world. Every client is different so the work adapts to what you actually need.

My packages starts at £175 a month for 5 hours. I also offer 10, 20, and 30 hour packages at £35 an hour. A monthly retainer that fits around what your business actually needs right now.

If you’re spending hours a week on tasks that aren’t your thing, yes, genuinely. One of my clients got a whole work week of time back. Another sold out her first retreat in 4 hours. The tasks are one thing, but what clients consistently tell me is that the mental load shifts too. The Sunday evening dread, the half-finished list, the things you’re still thinking about at 10pm, that stuff gets quieter.

This is the question I’d want answered too. Most of my clients came to me through referrals, people who’d worked with me and sent their friends. I’ve had clients with me since I launched two years ago and they’re still here. I ask the right questions during onboarding, I figure things out without needing my hand held, and I treat your business like it matters because it does.

Women running their own businesses, consultants, course creators, coaches, service providers, salon owners, educators, yoga teachers, photographers. If you’re good at what you do and drowning in everything that surrounds it, we’ll get on great!

Book a discovery call. Genuinely that’s it. We have a chat, I ask you about your business, you ask me anything you want, and we work out if it’s a good fit. If it’s right, brilliant. If it’s not the right time, that’s fine too. The call is free and takes about 30 minutes.
